Wendi Sellers, PMHNP

Wendi Sellers, MSN, PMHNP-BC will be joining our team! She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Anita Red, MD in Pasadena, CA, who is licensed to treat individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood to end of life.

Wendi received her Master’s in nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health from Western University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA.

After graduating from UCLA, Wendi began working for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, helping the homeless population manage a variety of mental health concerns.

During that time, she co-founded an innovative workforce reintegration program to help women with a mental health diagnosis re-enter the workforce.

Wendi has years of experience taking care of individuals in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Her approach is to provide a space where her patients feel comfortable opening up, with the knowledge that they will be heard and never judged. She believes in educating her patients about all their options and helping them to find the one that works for them. Counseling and medication management are a collaboration. She truly loves what she does and would love the opportunity to work with you!
